Short let properties are those properties that are rented for less then 6 months. When you book a short-let accommodation, a 30% refundable deposit is charged. The full rent is payable upon entering the accommodation. If you desire, a taxi will be waiting for you at the Malta International Airport with the key to the property. The refundable deposit is returned at the termination of the lease after the property has been inspected to ascertain that no damage has been done, and after the water and electricity consumption is calculated and the bill is deducted from the deposit. All short-let properties are provided clean and tidy and with the necessary linen for your stay but no towels are provided. We offer an optional cleaning service is at the rate of €5.50 per hour. Welcome packs may be provided at the cost of €5. These consist of milk, bread, jam, tea/coffee and soap.
