As a member of the Federation of Estate Agents Malta, Simon Mamo Real Estate offers industry standard rates for Commercial Leases, Commercial Leases, Short Leases, and Sales in Malta and Gozo.

Our Commission Rates are as follows:

• Commercial Leases: 10% of the total annual rent paid by the lessor and lessee, plus 18% VAT.
• Long Leases: half of the first month’s rent plus 18% VAT paid by the lessee and lessor.
• Short Leases: 10% of the total rent plus 18% VAT paid by the lessor and lessee.
• Sales: 5% plus 18% VAT charged to the owner of any property sold.
• Sole Package: 3.5% plus 18% VAT charged to the owner of any property sold.
